The Position

The Content Collective Program Lead owns the end-to-end execution, logistics, and client experience of Leadr’s Content Collective program. Based on-site in Austin, Texas, this role ensures every client moves seamlessly from onboarding through preparation, filming, editing, and content publishing.


This person serves as the bridge between clients, coaches, editors, studio staff, and internal teams. They create a premium, high-touch experience while driving operational excellence, client retention, and program growth through renewals, testimonials, and exceptional execution.


Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding and preparation calls while setting clear expectations and timelines.
  • Coordinate with coaches to ensure clients are fully prepared before filming.
  • Own scheduling and logistics between clients, podcast hosts, studio staff, and editors.
  • Provide white-glove communication before, during, and after each client's Austin studio experience.
  • Support clients on-site during filming to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Capture client testimonials and facilitate in-person renewal and upsell conversations.
  • Manage the content fulfillment pipeline from raw footage through final delivery.
  • Run weekly Accountability Office Hours to help clients consistently publish content and achieve results.
  • Continuously improve workflows to increase efficiency, retention, and client satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Must be based in Austin, Texas with reliable transportation.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing complex schedules.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coach clients while holding them accountable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Experience in client success, program management, events, operations, or project coordination is preferred.


Compensation Benefits

  • Full-time, 1099 position
  • Work remotely when not required on-site in Austin.
  • Company Training & Education Fund.
  • Annual All Expenses Paid Company Offsite.
  • Salary: $60,000–$75,000 USD based on prior experience.
