Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
- Develop engaging posts (text, images, short-form video) aligned with Leadling's brand
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule (approx. 3-5 posts per week)
- Monitor engagement (comments, messages) and respond as appropriate
- Identify trends and recommend content ideas to increase reach and engagement
- Collaborate with leadership on messaging, campaigns, and promotions
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram best practices
- Ability to create simple graphics and/or edit short-form videos (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Strong written communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage time efficiently
- Interest in mortgage, sales, or B2B marketing is a plus
- Hourly or project-based (based on experience)
