About Leadline
At Leadline, we believe marketing isn't just an expense; it's an investment that must generate measurable returns. Our approach is built on transparency, data-driven insights, and real business outcomes. We don't just drive visibility; we drive revenue.
As a full-service marketing company, we help businesses go to market, expand their online presence, and turn marketing into a profit-generating engine. Through deep collaboration and data-backed strategies, we ensure every marketing initiative delivers tangible, trackable results.
We work alongside business leaders who demand marketing that moves the needle, scaling revenue, increasing market share, and driving customer engagement. If you're passionate about design that fuels business growth, we want you on our team.
The Role
We're looking for a versatile Senior Designer who can do it all. This is a leadership role requiring 5 years of design experience across multiple disciplines, with someone equally comfortable designing responsive websites, crafting print collateral, and mentoring junior team members. You are a creative problem solver who moves fluidly between web design, brand work, digital assets, and whatever else the project demands.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll lead projects from concept to completion, guide and develop junior designers, ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, and collaborate closely with our Creative Director, marketing team, and development partners.
Responsibilities:
Design & Production (Digital & Print):
- Lead the design of responsive websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for user-centered web experiences
- Create compelling designs for social media, email campaigns, display advertising, print collateral, and other marketing channels
- Establish and maintain scalable design systems for both digital and brand applications
- Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines while balancing usability and accessibility best practices
- Manage and organize design files and master assets
- Stay current on emerging design tools, technologies, AI-assisted workflows, and industry trends
Leadership & Mentorship:
- Guide and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and coaching
- Review and refine design work to maintain quality and consistency
- Educate team members on design principles, best practices, and design system standards
- Build strong working relationships across the Creative Director, marketing, and account teams
Project Management:
- Oversee projects from conception through launch, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders with confidence
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of web designs
- Translate business goals and client needs into effective creative solutions
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards
Skills & Qualifications:
Design Expertise:
- Visual Design: Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy across digital and print
- Web & UX/UI: Proven experience designing websites, landing pages, and digital products with a strong grasp of responsive design, user flows, and accessibility standards
- Brand Consistency: Deep understanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain visual identity across diverse applications
Technical Skills:
- Primary Tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Web Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma (strongly preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Motion Design: After Effects or similar; strongly preferred for this role
- AI-Assisted Design: Familiarity with AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar) as part of a modern design workflow is a plus
Professional Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating across teams
- Proven ability to inspire, guide, and develop junior designers
- Creative problem-solving with a track record of practical execution
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-channel projects from start to finish
- Meticulous attention to detail; you notice what others miss
Portfolio Requirements:
Your portfolio should demonstrate:
- Web and digital-first design solutions
- Print and brand applications
- Motion or animated asset work (a plus)
- Design versatility across multiple project types and mediums
- Clear evidence of problem-solving and strategic creative thinking
What Makes You Successful Here:
You're a designer who doesn't believe in staying in one lane. You thrive on variety and can pivot from designing a complex website one day to crafting a print campaign the next. You're confident leading projects independently but equally comfortable collaborating with a team. You love mentoring others and understand that great design serves business goals, not just aesthetics.
If you're looking for a role where you can flex every skill in your toolkit and make a real impact on growing businesses, we want to hear from you.
