We’re seeking an Associate Social Manager to handle the day-to-day planning, management, production, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their paid media career who likes a fast paced, deadline driven environment and excels at organization, communication, and detail-oriented campaign execution.
This position will be based in Atlanta, GA.
What You’ll Do:
Campaign Management & Production
- Plan, setup, traffic, QA, and activation of paid social campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Manage budget pacing, bid adjustments, audience updates, and overall campaign maintenance.
- Perform regular campaign QA checks to ensure accurate tracking, correct targeting, and proper delivery.
- Execute campaign changes, optimizations, and troubleshooting under guidance of the Senior Social Manager.
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage project workflows, timelines, and deliverables across departments including sales, client services, and IT.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of tasks, status updates, next steps, and changes.
- Organize and manage production assets (copy, imagery, tracking links, landing pages) using SFMC and other workflow tools.
- Ensure campaigns launch on time by coordinating with stakeholders and escalating blockers proactively.
Content & Creative Production
- Develop ad content, including drafting copy and building visual assets in Canva or similar tools.
- Source, organize, and prepare creative assets for campaigns.
- Conduct competitive research and surface learnings to the team.
Reporting & Insights
- Pull performance data and build weekly/monthly reporting dashboards.
- Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPA, CVR) and flag trends or issues.
- Manage conversion tracking validation and coordinate with analytics/IT as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in paid social media or digital marketing support.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager; exposure to additional platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit) is a plus.
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS).
- Experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly document and communicate campaign needs.
- Experience developing simple creative assets using Canva or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and CRM integrations.
- Meta Blueprint or other platform certifications are a plus.
