Job Results & Essential Function
Professional Proficiency Demonstrated by LPN:
- Maintains professional competencies� and cares for nursing home residents with good bedside manor
- Assists with care plans, update medical records, relay all communication in a punctual time frame to RN/manager�
- Helps aides if asked, assists with hygienical� needs, and after-care from medical procedures
- Graduate with a license (LPN) to practice in New York State
- Clean background check and drug test
- CPR/BLS needed (AHA required)
- Physical within a year w/ PPD or alternative
