Our organization is seeking a professional and experienced Account Executive to support the continued expansion of our staffing services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business development capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to cultivate strategic client relationships. This role requires a high level of professionalism, accountability, and commitment to service excellence.


Job Responsibilities:


• Develop and grow a strong client portfolio through outbound sales, networking, and relationship management.

• Identify staffing needs and present tailored solutions that support client goals.

• Conduct onsite client visits to strengthen partnerships and understand operational needs.

• Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure timely, high‐quality candidate placements.

• Negotiate rates, prepare proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

• Maintain accurate activity records, pipelines, and client updates.

• Represent the company with professionalism, urgency, and a commitment to exceptional service.



Core Requirements:


• Proven success in B2B sales; staffing industry experience strongly preferred.

• A confident communicator who can build trust quickly with clients at all levels.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem‐solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, metrics‐driven environment.

• Self‐motivated, goal‐oriented, and comfortable managing your own book of business.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.

• Must bring an established book of business.

• Must possess an existing client portfolio.

• Must have a proven portfolio of active accounts.

• Experience conducting onsite client visits, needs assessments, and service evaluations.

• Ability to collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely, high‐quality placements.

• Ability to work in a fast‐paced, metrics‐driven environment with weekly and monthly targets.
