We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Patient Concierge to join our growing team! Leading SMILES’ is a growing, family-owned private dental practice located in Pennsauken, NJ.
As the welcoming face of our office, you will play an essential role in creating a positive patient experience from the first phone call to each in-office visit. We are seeking someone who can confidently manage patient communication, follow established systems, and help keep the officer running smoothly.

This position is full-time:
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM

What you’ll do:
- Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage patient communication via phone, text, and email
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule
- Assist with patient flow and front office coordination
- Follow and improve office systems and processes
- Support the team in delivering an exceptional patient experience
What we need from you:
- Minimum 1 year of dental experience required (clinical experience welcomed)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Eager to learn and grow within the dental field
