We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented professional who can build strong connections with patients and team members alike. Our ideal candidate is organized, motivated to learn, and has excellent time management and computer skills.
This position is full-time:
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Creating a warm, personalized welcome for every hygiene patient.
- Building lasting relationships by reinforcing trust, education, and continuity of care.
- Explaining preventive care, periodontal health, and treatment value with confidence.
- Managing a strategic hygiene schedule that maximizes recare, appointment time, and utilization while minimizing gaps.
- Proactively filling openings without sacrificing appointment quality.
- Maintaining a healthy recall system and reactivating overdue patients.
- Reviewing charts, X‑rays, and treatment notes before appointments.
- Participating in morning huddles and team meetings and assisting front‑office operations when needed.
