Ensure schedule is completed in such a way as to retain all clients, hours, caregivers
Assuring that the schedule is current and accurate at any given time
Communicates staffing and availability needs to appropriate Director and Human Resource Manager
Effectively handle inbound/outbound client/caregiver phone calls
