Regional routes based out of Chandler, AZ. We're actively hiring CDL-A drivers at every experience level for lanes that run through Arizona and cross into surrounding states on a regular basis. The pay is competitive, the freight doesn't stop, and your schedule is built to bring you home consistently. Brand new CDL holders and drivers with years of experience both have a place here. Pay:
- Weekly pay: $1,450 - $1,700
- Annual equivalent: $76,000 - $88,000
- CPM rate $0.56 - $0.70 based on experience
- Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM
- Sign on bonus: $2,000
Job Details
- Position: Regional – Full-Time
- Freight: No-Touch, Dedicated Routes
- Home Time: Every week or every two weeks
- Shift: Both Day and Night
- Weekly mileage: 2,000 – 2,500 miles

Daily Operations
- You will run regional routes
- Mileage holds at a consistent level from one week to the next
- Driving a 2024 Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission
- Every truck on the lot was built in 2022 or later
- Freight is loaded and staged before you clock in
- Communicate with dispatch regarding trip progress
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- 21 years of age or older
- 120 hours at a certified trucking school on your record
- MVR clear of any major violations
- DOT physical and pre-employment drug test required before your first run
- No SAP program or DUI history
