Leading Edge Technology Partners is a growing, full service IT managed services provider.
We are looking to fill a full time position.
This is an entry level position for a Level 1 Technician.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and driver’s license.
- Must pass background check.
Preferred Education and Experience :
- Have obtained or working towards Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in technical field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in IT /IS
- Microsoft operating systems and software support
- User and group administration and Active Directory experience
- Firewall and Network Security best practices
Responsibilities include :
- Provide exceptional support to telephone, in-person and online end-users.
- Create and triage tickets in our RMM solution and ticketing system.
- Install, configure and support various types of hardware including desktops, laptops, monitors, phones, peripherals and printers.
- Install and configure software packages and provide first line support of those packages.
- Document processes and maintain accurate IT records.
- Receive and respond to users requests for software support and hardware support.
- Maintain inventory levels and update inventory management system.
- Receive and check in shipments.
