Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner role based in Gilbert, AZ. The Nurse Practitioner will diagnose and manage patient conditions, create and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care. Additional responsibilities include performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, educating patients on preventive healthcare, and offering non-narcotic treatment solutions for pain management. Compassion and a patient-focused approach are critical in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosing, treating, and managing patient conditions, especially related to chronic pain and musculoskeletal disorders, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss and IV therapy.
- Experience in performing physical examinations and conducting diagnostic tests as part of treatment planning. Experience in joint injections or willing to be trained, with blood draws, administering IV therapies, giving injections.
- Ability to educate patients on health management and provide natural, non-invasive pain relief solutions. Ability to understand hormone disorders and appropriate treatment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Arizona.
- Advanced knowledge of integrative medicine, joint injections, hormone replacement therapy, and non-narcotic pain management approaches is a plus.
