Role Description This full-time remote Sports Industry Territory Manager role focuses on developing and managing relationships with coaches and leaders of youth sports programs and other organizations within an assigned territory. The Territory Manager will regularly prospect and contact new organizations, present fundraising solutions, and guide clients through planning, launching, and executing successful campaigns. Daily activities include conducting virtual and occasional in-person meetings, providing training and support to coaches and organizers, and monitoring campaign progress to ensure goals are met. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of accounts, forecasting fundraising results, and collaborating with internal teams to improve tools, technology, and processes. Success in this role requires consistent outreach, territory planning, and a strong understanding of both sports culture and fundraising best practices.

- Candidates should possess solid Budgeting skills to help clients set realistic financial goals and understand fundraising projections and results.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to prospect, qualify leads, negotiate agreements, and grow territory revenue.
- Experience working with youth sports programs, schools, or community organizations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage a territory, and prioritize multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and virtual meeting platforms to communicate and track activities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory when in-person visits are needed.
- Previous experience in fundraising, sports industry roles, or account management is a plus.
