What You’ll Do
- Engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods
- Educate customers on Vivint smart home security solutions
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right system
- Close sales and complete required documentation accurately
- Consistently work toward and exceed performance goals
Compensation
- 100% commission-based pay (no base salary)
- Uncapped earning potential
- Average agents are making $2,500-$4,000 per month in their first 5 months
- Top performers are making $100k after their first year
- Performance incentives and advancement opportunities
- Top performers can earn significant income during the summer season
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging customers face-to-face
- Able to handle rejection and stay focused
- Sales experience is not required (training provided)
- Must pass a background check
- Must have a valid Drivers License
Additional Details
- Job Type: Full-time contract
- Location: Tampa, FL (in-person)
- Willingness to travel and temporarily relocate during the summer preferred
