Pay: $16.00/hour Uncapped Commission
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We're looking for motivated, goal-oriented Sales Development Specialist to join our team selling home warranty plans. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll guide customers through the entire sales process—from building rapport and identifying their needs to presenting solutions and closing the sale.

What You'll Do:- Manage the full sales cycle from initial customer engagement through closing the sale
- Build rapport with prospective customers and identify their home protection needs
- Educate customers on the value and benefits of home warranty coverage
- Present customized coverage options and confidently overcome objections
- Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Previous sales experience is preferred; call center or inside sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Ability to build trust and create value for customers
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent ability to manage and build relationships
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/G-Suite
