Site Director – After School Program/ Part-Time

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Part-Time | $25.00–$27.00 per hour

As we continue to grow and refine our programs, we’re seeking passionate educators and leaders interested in joining our mission to provide safe, engaging before and after-school experiences for students across the District.

This particular role is for JO Wilson Elementary, which is one of our larger programs in D.C.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a high-quality after-school program aligned with Leading Edge standards
• Supervise and support program staff to ensure a safe and enriching environment for students
• Build strong relationships with students, families, school administrators, and your team
• Maintain site compliance with licensing, safety, and organizational policies
• Communicate effectively with families and your Area Director
• Take pride in cultivating a culture of fun, learning, and belonging

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification (required)
• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to confidently manage day-to-day site operations and problem-solve on the fly
• A positive, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor

Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Hourly Pay: $25.00 – $27.00, based on experience and qualifications
