About the Role
We are hiring an Associate Financial Advisor (Experienced Track)—someone who has already stepped into the industry and is ready to accelerate their development within a structured, high-integrity firm.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Has real industry exposure—but is not yet a fully developed Lead Advisor
- Wants to refine their planning, communication, and client leadership skills
- Is motivated to grow into a long-term advisory role within one firm

Key Responsibilities
Associate Advisor Phase:
- Support client meetings (Discovery, planning, and reviews)
- Prepare recommendations, follow-ups, and implementation steps
- Manage assigned client relationships within a structured service model
- Collaborate with advisors, paraplanners, and service team members
- Maintain CRM accuracy and communication standards
Growth Path – Lead Advisor:
- Lead client relationships independently
- Deliver planning recommendations and strategies
- Guide clients through the full Financial Game Plan process
- Contribute to business growth and client development
Time Allocation (Initial Phase)
- 50% – Client meetings and relationship support
- 20% – Planning and case preparation
- 15% – Team collaboration
- 15% – Licensing and professional development
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or related field
- Exposure to client-facing work and financial products
- Licensing (completed or in progress) strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship skills
- Commitment to building a long-term advisory career
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 (positioned above entry-level)
