✅ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for residential and C&I energy storage across North America.
- Build and manage a network of distribution partners, EPCs, solar installers, and OEMs.
- Drive new customer acquisition while deepening relationships with existing partners.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical support teams to tailor solutions to local market needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments (e.g., IRA incentives, UL9540, NEC).
- Achieve aggressive sales targets and expand Deye’s market share in the U.S. and Canadian energy storage sectors.
- Provide input on product localization, pricing, and go-to-market requirements.
- 8 years of sales leadership experience in energy storage, solar storage, or power electronics, with proven success in North America.
- Deep understanding of residential and C&I energy storage markets, including value chains, key players, and certification requirements (UL9540, IEEE 1547, etc.).
- Strong network with distributors, EPCs, installers, or utility-scale developers in the U.S. and/or Canada.
- Experience working with Chinese-headquartered companies or cross-cultural teams is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently across North America.
