Start Date: 9/28/2026
End Date: 12/28/2026
Shift: Days
Split between Aglona and Forest City; M-F or able to do a shifted schedule T-Sa or Su-Th
- 1 year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist
- Clinical experience within the last 2 years
- Current State Licensure
- Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc)
