- Partner with clinical and operational leadership to optimize efficiency and resident satisfaction.
- Foster relationships with residents, families, and staff, ensuring a high-touch, hospitality-driven experience.
- A licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of Florida.
- Highly experienced with surveys, regulatory compliance, and CMS Star Ratings.
- A polished and professional leader with exceptional communication skills.
- Empathetic, resident-focused, and passionate about delivering high-quality senior care.
- A true team player, adept at mentoring staff and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Experience in a CCRC preferred
