Interim House Supervisor RN
Location: Spokane, WA
Contract: 20 Weeks
Schedule: Nights | 4x10s | 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Weekly Pay Package: $2,884/week
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a House Supervisor RN opportunity with a leading healthcare organization in Spokane, Washington.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing patient transfers
- Manage bed placement and bed availability
- Support bed control and patient flow
- Perform intake and transfer coordination
- Facilitate transfers to the appropriate level of care
- Work closely with House Supervisors and multidisciplinary teams
- Support organizational escalation processes
- Apply clinical knowledge across multiple specialties and patient populations
Required Experience
- Active Washington RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- At least 2 years of House Supervisor or Transfer Center experience
- Epic experience required
- Emergency care experience
- Crisis intervention/management experience
- Emergency preparedness experience
- Experience with inpatient acute care
- Strong clinical knowledge and organizational skills
Compensation
- Weekly Pay Package: $2,884/week, including $1,484/week in non-taxed travel stipend
- The remaining portion of the weekly package is paid as taxable wages. Actual compensation and tax treatment may vary based on individual eligibility and circumstances.
