Health Services Director – Memory Care (RN or LPN)

We are seeking a Health Services Director (RN or LPN) to lead our Memory Care nursing team on a vibrant senior living campus in beautiful Pensacola, Florida. This is a key leadership role for someone who understands the unique needs of residents with cognitive decline—and knows how to support both residents and staff with excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day clinical operations within our Memory Care neighborhood
- Supervise, coach, and develop nursing staff and caregivers
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional resident care
- Maintain accurate documentation and oversee care planning
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance accountability
- Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and high standards
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN or LPN license (Florida)
- Proven leadership experience in Assisted Living (AL) and/or Memory Care (MC)
- Solid tenure in previous roles (we value stability and commitment)
- Ability to lead in a higher-acuity environment with confidence and efficiency
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
- Someone who can hold staff accountable while still building trust and morale
- A calm, solutions-oriented mindset under pressure
