Ashton Grove Senior Living is a resort‑style, luxury senior living community located in Georgetown, KY. The community proudly serves more than 100 residents across Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care, delivering high‑quality care in a warm, engaging environment.
Ashton Grove is known for its strong, stable leadership team, a culture rooted in respect and service, and a thriving partnership with the local retired horse racing farm, Old Friends Farm—a relationship that enriches the lives of residents in meaningful ways.
This search represents an opportunity for the right leader to complete an already strong leadership team and guide the community into continued sustained growth and operational excellence.
The Executive Director serves as the overall leader of the community, responsible for resident experience, team engagement, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth. This role works in close partnership with Continental Senior Communities, which provides operational, clinical, HR, and financial support. This is an ideal opportunity for a people‑focused, operationally strong leader who values relationships, accountability, and a culture of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visible and accountable leadership for daily community operations
- Lead, develop, and retain a mature, dedicated leadership team •
- Ensure a high‑quality resident and family experience
- Drive occupancy, census growth, and financial performance
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements
- Promote a positive, respectful, and service‑oriented community culture
- Partner with Continental Senior Communities to implement best practices
- Build and strengthen local community relationships and partnerships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred)
- Executive Director experience in senior living strongly preferred
- Proven success leading stable operations and high‑performing teams
- Experience with Assisted Living and Memory Care
- Strong communication, decision‑making, and leadership skills
- Commitment to resident‑centered service and ethical leadership
