Position Overview:
LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a(n) Director of Risk Mangement in Las Cruces, NM. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- NM RN License or multistate
- Bachelor's degree from aacredited nursing school
- Must have at least 5 years experience in Nursing with at least 3 years as a Director/Manager
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification preferred upon hire and required within 3 years of employment
- Risk Management, Quality and Medical Staff experience required.
Salary Range: $120k - $150k (not including bonus potential)
