- Strong pay in the $100K to $120K range, with the top end being reserved for those with stable tenure in prior jobs and a track record of measurable success in improving clinical outcomes, compliance, staff retention and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will bring:
- Registered Nurse license in Illinois or Compact RN license
- Stable tenure in previous jobs
- Experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility (DON in SNF)
- Track record of measurable successes, like improving survey results year-over-year, increasing CMS Star ratings, reducing Agency/ stabilizing staffing, improving care outcomes and resident satisfaction related to care
- Strong interest in seeing seniors well cared for and mentoring your team to ensure they also understand the value of doing this work correctly
