Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full admissions cycle, from initial inquiry through successful move-in
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community partners
- Conduct meaningful, informative tours that demonstrate the community’s dedication to high-quality care
- Ensure accurate documentation, assessments, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to support seamless, person-centered transitions
- Monitor occupancy trends, track key metrics, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives

- Experience in senior living, healthcare admissions, or sales
