Director of Product Management
The Role
Join Fidelity Labs, our in-house new business incubator, as the Director of Product Management for a SaaS platform in the charitable industry. It’s a fast-paced environment where decisions are data-focused, collaborative, and iterative. The organization deeply values design.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the product delivery lifecycle, roadmap execution and prioritization on the product team in tight coordination with technology and oversight partners
- Making decisions based on anticipated future trends, issues, and business drivers and working with internal and external stakeholders to define and manage dependencies
- Working with the product lead and other product managers, with customers, and other stakeholders to inform the product strategy
- Manage the execution of design and research aligned to the multi-year roadmap
- Partner with Engineering leads to support release planning, and performance measurement and management
- Leading product support and operations, using metrics and measures to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
- Supporting go-to-market strategy and planning, marketing execution, and sales
- Product Experience: 8 years of demonstrated ability in product management / execution with the ability to drive initiatives from vision through implementation
- Charitable Sector Experience: Expertise in processes and solutions used to facilitate grant-making, communications, reporting, and relationship management with philanthropic stakeholders and partners. Experience in institutional philanthropy a plus.
- Delivery Excellence: Excellent product delivery leadership, leading business analysis activities and coordinating delivery between product, design, and engineering organizations
- Customer-Centric Thinking: You understand financial concepts and the ability to articulate the customer’s needs to business partners
- Adaptability: Proven time management, organizational, and decision-making skills to thrive in a nimble and innovative environment
