Our Savior Lutheran Church in Norfolk, Nebraska, is seeking a Production Resident to join its worship ministry. This role offers hands-on experience with worship production, technical systems, and the coordination of weekend services and other events while helping maximize recently upgraded equipment. Working alongside the Director and Associate Director of Worship Arts, the resident will develop technical abilities, leadership, and teamwork skills in a supportive, collaborative church environment. This residency is designed to equip the emerging leader for long-term success in ministry through practical experience, mentorship, and intentional leadership development.
