What are the responsibilities and job description for the Amazon Delivery Associate position at Leadership Logistics Group, LLC?
We are looking for dedicated Delivery Associates to help distribute Amazon-branded packages safely and promptly to our customers. We are looking for drivers who are safe, reliable, quick, and ready to work. Ideal candidates are energetic and ready to get the job done. Successful drivers put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who loves to drive, be independent, yet be part of a growing team with excellent management and peers. We have flexible day-time schedules both part-time (2-3 days weekly) or full-time (4-5 days weekly). Our schedule is 9:30am to 6:00pm. Drivers must have weekend availability. We are also hiring for modified part time part-time 1pm to 7pm schedule as well.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Competently utilizes delivery devices to navigate and confirm deliveries
- Prepare, inspect, load and operate a delivery vehicle
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
- Able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.)
- Able to get in and out of a van quickly throughout the day
- 21 years old with valid driver’s license (No CDL required)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Work related driving experience in a commercial capacity is a plus
- Positive attitude with customer obsession
