Role Description
LCJA seeks Policy Advocates, Full-Time, Hybrid located in Bakersfield, CA. The Policy Advocate will be responsible for researching policy issues, developing advocacy strategies, and working with community members to develop and promote policy solutions. Daily tasks include drafting policy briefs, meeting with stakeholders, organizing community outreach events, and monitoring legislative developments.
