- Have a proven track record in insurance sales or recruiting
- Want to build and own a region
- Are driven by performance and income growth
What You’ll Do
- Recruit and develop producing brokers
- Drive $50,000 monthly premium
- Build and scale a distribution network
- Provide field leadership and coaching
Compensation
- Base Salary: $82,500
- Uncapped variable compensation
- Annual bonus
