- Training & Growth: 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development.
- Compensation at Leaders Furniture: This is an hourly, plus commission-based role with uncapped earnings-your success is directly tied to your effort. Grow your product knowledge and unlock your potential. At Leaders, your initiative drives both income and impact.
- Schedule: 40-hour workweek | M-S 10-7, Sun 10-6 |
- Generous PTO, no blackout dates.
- Culture: Supportive, low-pressure, and team-driven environment.
What You Bring:
- Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Must be able to travel to Largo for a week of training and twice annually to sales meetings.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat, positive attitude
- Comfort with POS systems
