Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Loan Officer based in Bellevue, WA, with some remote work flexibility. The Loan Officer will be responsible for helping clients navigate the mortgage loan process efficiently and professionally. Key tasks include conducting loan origination, evaluating financial profiles, handling underwriting processes, and providing exceptional customer service. The Loan Officer will collaborate with clients to identify suitable loan options, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Loan Origination and working as a Loan Officer
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Underwriting processes
- Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to assess financial data and recommend personalized loan solutions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with local housing market trends in Bellevue, WA is a plus
- NMLS licensing or ability to obtain licensing prior to employment
