Leader of the Pack Canine Institute is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative for our Easton location.
Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends and holidays as necessary. Leader of the Pack is looking for a career minded individual who enjoys a fast paced environment. If you enjoy working with people and dogs then this opportunity may be just right for you.
Candidates for this position will require the following skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A strong commitment to customer service and client satisfaction
- Organizational skills with ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

- Ability to process information with accuracy and efficiency
- Work in a fast paced, physically active environment
- Genuine love of everything about dogs!
Preferred candidates for this position will be evaluated on the basis of the following qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Customer service experience including complaint resolution and follow up
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn and utilize client management software
- Phone etiquette while handling large volume of incoming calls
- Experience working with animals, canine experience a plus
- Ability to multi task while maintaining accuracy of information
- Sales skills and ability to engage clients during the sales process
