Leader Electric is a family owned and operated Electrical Contracting business in operation since 2006.
Servicing all boroughs of NYC, we have a contract division for residential, commercial, and industrial projects ranging from $11,000 to $6 million.
Our Service Division with 2 to 5 service technicians handles trouble shooting situations for residential and commercial clients and installations up to $10,000.
We are seeking an Operations Manager for the Service Department.

· The appropriate person is the face of the company.
· Your job would be to Interface directly with service clients and coordinate all daily operations of the service department.
· This position is a combination of electrical expertise, excellent customer service, organizational skills, multitasking, problem solving, administrative, and computer literacy.
· Speaking with clients and understanding their electrical needs
· Scheduling – coordinating client’s availability with available service technician, smooth routing, assuring that required materials and tools are available.
· Creating documentation in Sage 100 Contractor
· Invoicing and collecting payment
· Providing up to date COI as required
· Filing DOB documents
· Management of 2-5 service electricians
· Management of 2-5 service vehicles
· Customer Service
· Knowledge of Sage 100 Contractor a plus.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Technical knowledge of electrical installations
· Outstanding management skills required
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
· Flawless written and verbal skills
· Must be computer literate, fast typist, and a fast learner
· Knowledge of Sage 100 contracting Software a plus
Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- electrical installations: 5 years (Preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
