Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented In-Store Merchandiser to enhance our retail presence of our products in our Bennington stores. This vital role involves implementing visual merchandising strategies, managing stock levels, and ensuring our store displays are attractive and aligned with branding standards. Responsibilities
- Execute planogram implementation to ensure product placement aligns with company standards, restocking mostly in Big Box stores
- Cleaning and maintaining shelf space on the sales floor and backrooms
- Maintain attractive visual displays through visual design and merchandising techniques
- Stock shelves efficiently, manage inventory control, and move product ergonomically and safely
- Interact daily with store staff and Managers comfortably; as well as, take direction from the Merchandise Manager
- Reliable transportation with Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to operate material handling equipment safely; heavy lifting required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management a plus
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and pricing adjustments
Starting pay $20.00/hr plus mileage between stores
