Leadenhall Search & Selection are recruiting a transaction advisory director for a boutique advisory firm. The organisation are looking to grow their transaction advisory practice, which supports buy- and sell-side engagements for mid-market firms.
The Role
Our client is looking to bring in a leader to join their transaction advisory practice. This person will have the chance to lead teams and projects related to Financial Due Diligence and Quality of Earnings work.
The Person
- Bachelor's degree in relevant subject (Masters preferred)
- Relevant certification preferred (CPA, MBA, CFA etc.)
- 8-12 years of relevant consulting experience (transaction advisory, FDD etc.)
- Big 4 Audit Background Strongly Preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
