The Opportunity
- Support complex buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for leading private equity and corporate clients.
- Work alongside investment bankers, valuation specialists, capital markets professionals, and senior deal advisors on integrated transactions.
- Develop a deep understanding of the entire deal lifecycle - not just the diligence process.

Who We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with professionals from:
- Big 4 Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Advisory
- Leading Deals Advisory platforms
- Audit professionals looking to transition into M&A
- Corporate Finance & Transaction Services
You'll ideally bring:
- 2-5 years of Financial Due Diligence, M&A, Audit, or Assurance experience.
- Exposure to private equity and corporate transactions.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- A genuine interest in M&A and the ambition to build a long-term career in deals.
- CPA (or equivalent) preferred.
