Role Info
- Work closely with the founders to drive company growth and improve day-to-day operations.
- Design, implement, and optimize internal processes, systems, and operational workflows.
- Oversee core business functions such as onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, vendor management, and compliance-related activities.
- Lead recruitment and people operations, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and managing hiring processes.
- Support key client relationships by monitoring account performance and ensuring successful campaign delivery.
- Build scalable operational frameworks, solve complex problems independently, and take ownership of high-impact strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic, operational, consulting, finance, chief of staff, or start-up leadership support roles.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and successfully deliver results.
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational capabilities, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable managing stakeholder relationships with a professional and confident approach.
- US Citizen/Perm Resident.
