We’re partnering with a fast-growing global consulting firm that’s redefining how transformation is delivered. They’re looking for a Senior Manager of Finance Transformation to join their growing team in New York City.

In this role, you’ll lead complex finance transformation programs, helping clients modernize their finance functions through process redesign, technology enablement, and data-driven insights. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to shape and implement future-ready finance operating models and deliver measurable business impact.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Design and implement target operating models, streamline financial processes, and drive system integrations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver ERP-enabled finance solutions (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics).
• Advise clients on finance analytics, automation, data visualization (Power BI), and emerging AI applications in finance.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships with executive presence and strategic influence.

The Ideal Candidate

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation or Finance Operations, ideally in a consulting or corporate finance environment.
• Strong understanding of finance processes such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, FP&A, or specialized finance areas.
• Expertise in ERP implementation and process alignment.
• Exceptional storyboarding, PowerPoint, and Excel skills; strong communication and executive presence.
• Experience delivering programs using Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to digital finance technologies (RPA, predictive analytics, visualization tools).
