Position: Integrated Facility Maintenance Supervisor
Location: BOSK KY: Glendale, KY
Job Type: On-site (100%)
Reports: Planner/ Scheduler
Hours: Pitman Schedule (2-2-3) 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am shift available
Department: North American Operations
Position Purpose: Integrated Facility Maintenance outlined in the scope of work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
- Works safely at all times.
- Lead, manage and work side of the team of maintenance technicians.
- Assign daily tasks to team members: including work orders
- Monitor and maintain spare part inventory
- Daily end of shift reports
- Timekeeping entries and proper coding for team daily
- Team and individual evaluations
- Address human resources issues/ participate as needed in any investigations
- Upholding all safety and corporate policies, conduct daily safety talks with team members
- Proven multi-tasking capabilities, ability to plan, prioritize and manage complex issues and projects under aggressive timelines.
- Proficient at recognizing/diagnosing potential equipment failures.
- Respond to work orders, breakdowns and repair facility equipment, with the ability to quickly analyze, and correct advanced electromechanical issues associated with the site.
- Safe working practice in a manufacturing environment.
- Complete safety reporting: injury report and/or investigations
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance as scheduled.
- Demonstrate sound reliability maintenance practices and methods for executing mechanical and electrical repairs of equipment.
- Collect data for root cause repair details and document completion for tracking in work order system.
- Ability to troubleshoot automation equipment:
- PLC
- AC/DC Drive Systems
- CNC
- Robotic Systems
- Operate the equipment in "Teach" mode from the HMI or Teach Pendant.
- Knowledge of PLC logic for trouble shooting and restoring the function of the system.
- Mechanical drawings, electrical schematic and ladder logic displays, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
- Capable of working from and understanding equipment manuals, specifications, and BOM's (Bill of Materials).
- Knowledge of SAP/Maximo or other CMMS Maintenance system.
- Work in a team environment; ability to communicate and work well with others.
- Basic Computer skills (Microsoft office: Outlook, excel, etc.)
- Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001.

Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required
- Applicable Skill and Knowledge competency level demonstrated through certificate or testing REQUIRED
- Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred
- Understand OSHA rules and regulations, follow EPA and NFPA rules and building codes
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude; journeyman or master in trade is a plus
- Valid Driver's license

- Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch.

- Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
