This position is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair services in accordance with company and manufacturer standards. Responsibilities may include conducting basic interval services and/or advanced diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.

- The anticipated compensation range for this role is $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 based on certification level, productivity, & experience.

This position is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair services in accordance with company and manufacturer standards. Responsibilities may include conducting basic interval services and/or advanced diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electrical systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, by dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
- Inspect vehicle engine, steering, suspension, and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
- Carry out routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and multipoint inspections.
- Road test vehicles as required to confirm quality of repair work.
- Document all repairs performed and parts used in accordance with company policies.
- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know and other safety requirements.
- Minimum of 2 ASE certifications required.
- Toyota Certifications preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school degree preferred.
- Related automotive experience required, Toyota experience preferred.
- Ability to diagnose and repair multiple vehicle makes and systems.
- Must have manual dexterity, good judgment and ability to operate power and hand tools and other types of machinery safely and efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license required for essential job functions.
- Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Rotating Saturday’s (1x/month)
