Position Overview
We are looking for a client-facing, results-driven Digital Advertising Manager with at least 2 years of account management experience in an agency setting to join our paid media team. In this role, you will own the client relationship and the performance of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, and Meta Ads, serving as the strategic point of contact who translates campaign data into business results for our clients.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in front of a client and inside an ad account. You can build and optimize a campaign, then clearly explain to a client what happened, why it happened, and what we're doing next. You aren't just looking for clicks; you're looking for the right clicks that turn into revenue for our clients.

Requirements & Qualifications We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of account management experience in a digital marketing agency setting, managing multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Paid Media Expertise: Proven hands-on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Certifications: Active certifications in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and/or Meta Blueprint are highly preferred.
- Client Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting performance results and strategy to clients directly.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze raw data and translate it into a narrative of “what happened and why” and what we're doing about it.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
- Adaptability: A strong willingness to learn and master new advertising platforms as the digital landscape and industry regulations evolve.
Job Tasks & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, leading kickoff calls, monthly performance reviews, and strategy discussions with confidence and clarity.
- Campaign Strategy & Management: Plan, build, execute, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Budget Management: Own client advertising budgets, including pacing, monthly caps, bid strategies, and budget reallocation across platforms to maximize ROI.
- Optimization: Perform ongoing keyword discovery and expansion, audience refinement, A/B ad copy testing, and quality score improvements to drive performance.
- Reporting & Insights: Create and present monthly performance reports using our agency reporting tool Agency Analytics, translating raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
- Tracking & Analytics: Ensure data integrity through proper conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting via Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with our SEO, content, and design teams to align paid media strategy with each client's overall marketing plan and landing page performance.
- Growth Opportunities: Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business proposals when needed.
- Market Research: Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and competitor strategies, especially within our core niches (Healthcare, Rehab, etc.).

- Experience in Healthcare or Highly Regulated Industries: A background in sectors like Healthcare and Rehab is a significant plus.
- Compliance Mindset: Familiarity with frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, LegitScript or similar regulatory standards.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Experience in using data tools to recommend landing page changes for improved engagement.
- Additional Platforms: Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic display.
