Responsibilities
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Superintendent to oversee the construction of data centers
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ground-up construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- This role requires extensive travel and expertise in mission-critical facilities, including industrial and manufacturing environments
- Lead and manage ground-up construction projects for data centers from start to finish
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations on the job site
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and budgets
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff and subcontractors to maintain high standards of work
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
