What You'll Do:
As a Skilled Trades Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in identifying and connecting skilled trades professionals with exciting projects across the country.
Responsibilities include:
- Source, recruit, screen, and interview skilled trades professionals for nationwide opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with candidates through phone, text, email, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Match candidates with open positions based on skills, experience, and career goals.
- Partner closely with account managers and clients to meet hiring needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Utilize recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and CRM software to manage recruiting activity.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruiting goals in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment.

Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, inside sales, or related experience.
