Lead Stack Media is a high-volume US personal loan marketplace, generating 1M consumer leads per month and distributing them to a network of 100 lenders via real-time ping/post infrastructure.
We’re now hiring a senior operator to take ownership of lender acquisition and strategic partnerships.
We are looking for a VP of Strategic Partnerships (Lending) to drive the acquisition and growth of US-based lenders, fintechs, and aggregators.
This is a commercial, deal-driven role focused on:
- Opening new partnerships
- Structuring high-value agreements
- Increasing bid density and overall marketplace performance
- Identify, engage, and close partnerships with US lenders, fintech platforms, and marketplaces
- Bring in new high-value buyers to increase overall revenue per lead (EPC)
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g. tiered pricing, exclusivity, volume commitments)
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise lead routing, performance, and partner scaling
- Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnerships
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to increase bids and coverage
- 5 years experience in US lending, lead generation, or fintech partnerships
- Strong understanding of ping/post, lead routing, and marketplace dynamics
- Experience working with or at companies such as LendingTree, Even Financial, or QuinStreet (or similar)
- Existing relationships with US lenders or aggregators
- Proven ability to close commercial deals and drive revenue growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Success in this role is defined purely by measurable revenue impact—not activity, not meetings, not pipeline.
30 Days:
- Rapidly build a pipeline of high-quality US lenders, fintechs, and aggregators
- Re-engage dormant or underperforming buyers and unlock immediate value
- Get into active conversations with decision-makers who control budgets and bids
- Demonstrate clear understanding of our routing, traffic segments, and monetisation gaps
90 Days:
- Close and onboard new lending partners who are live and bidding in the system
- Directly contribute to increased bid density across key segments
- Identify and fill gaps across Credit tiers, State coverage and Traffic sources
- Begin pushing higher bid ceilings through new or improved commercial deals
Ongoing expectations:
- Continuously increase bid competition and marketplace efficiency
- Maintain a strong, active pipeline of new high-value buyers
- Relentlessly push for higher bids, better coverage, and stronger unit economics
