Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate administrative tasks, schedules, and company records.
- Support sales, customer service, and business development activities.
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and business partners.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoices, and operational reports.
- Help implement company policies and improve work efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
