What are the responsibilities and job description for the Form Carpenter position at Lead National CSRO?
We’re actively hiring experienced Form Carpenters for ongoing projects in the Kent area. If you know how to build and set concrete forms, read prints, and take pride in doing things right the first time—we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Build, set, and strip concrete forms (walls, footers, slabs, columns)
- Read blueprints and layout work accurately
- Measure, cut, and assemble formwork using hand & power tools
- Ensure forms are level, square, and properly aligned
- Assist with pours and general carpentry tasks as needed
✅ What You Need:
- 3 years of form carpentry / concrete experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools and materials
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Solid work ethic and commitment to safety
