What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at Lead National CSRO?
We are currently hiring General Laborers with strong construction experience for projects throughout the Kent, Akron, and Canton areas. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals with hands-on, multi-trade experience who are looking for steady, long-term employment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations on active construction sites
- Support skilled trades including carpentry, concrete, pipefitting, and work in water treatment facilities
- Perform material handling, site preparation, and general clean-up
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Follow all job site safety standards and procedures
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of construction experience required
- Experience in at least two of the following trades:
- Carpentry
- Concrete
- Plumbing
- Pipefitting
- Welding
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Preferred (Not Required)
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
- Trade certifications or specialized training
- Experience on commercial or industrial job sites
