Lead Marketing Strategies is a full service digital marketing and technology agency based on Long Island, and we're looking for a driven, self motivated Digital Growth Consultant to join our team. We help businesses across a wide range of industries dominate their online presence through SEO, custom app development, website design, and digital transformation, and we need someone who can get that message in front of the right people.
This isn't your typical sales job. You won't be pushing a product people don't need. You'll be consulting with business owners who are actively losing money by not having the right digital strategy, and showing them a clear path forward.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll identify and connect with businesses that need a stronger digital presence, conduct discovery calls to understand their goals and pain points, present tailored solutions from our full suite of services, and close deals that deliver real results for clients. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contract.

Who You Are
You're a natural communicator who can break down technical services in a way business owners understand. You have a hunter mentality, you don't wait for leads, you go find them. You're organized, self disciplined, and motivated by results. Previous experience in digital marketing sales, B2B sales, or agency sales is a plus, but we value hustle and coachability just as much as experience.
